POS Return by Receipt
Refunds in Odoo Point of Sale by the receipt barcode: no manual order search, a reason for every refunded line, and no refunds of another seller’s sale on this till.

The sale opens with its lines — only choose what is returned.
A reason per line
The list of reasons is editable and translatable; a report shows why items come back.
Only your own sales
Another seller’s sale cannot be refunded on this till.

The order number is printed as a barcode on the Odoo receipt.

Requirements and terms
- Odoo 19.0, Community or Enterprise
- Odoo.sh or your own server; Odoo Online does not allow third-party modules
- The module + 12 months of updates and support. The module and the versions released in that time stay yours for good; updates can be renewed.
- A copy for end use by your organisation: install it in its Odoo databases (production, test, backups) and modify it for your own needs. Redistribution, resale or publication is not permitted (OPL-1).
- Installation: unpack the archive into addons, update the apps list, install.
