Start with the rules of exchange
Connecting two APIs is only part of the work. We need to define where an order starts, which system owns stock, who changes prices and how returns work. We describe these rules before development so the integration does not multiply inconsistent data.
What we can connect
The exact integration depends on APIs, access rights, licensing and platform capabilities. We check these constraints early and agree on the scope.
- CRM and ERP: customers, orders, statuses and documents.
- Storefront and warehouse: products, reservations, stock and returns.
- ERP, WMS and TMS: warehouse operations and delivery data.
- Business systems and reporting: consistent data for analysis.
Platforms and custom modules
Options include Odoo, ERPNext, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM. We compare workflow fit, configuration options and maintenance. When standard functionality falls short, we determine whether the right answer is a module, an external service or a change in the process itself.
Preparing for launch
Before migration, we check reference data, duplicates and required fields. We agree on test scenarios, the transition sequence and recovery steps. Data exchange needs to account for repeated requests, unavailable systems and the ability to trace a failure.
- System map and data ownership.
- Field mapping and conflict-resolution rules.
- Configuration, modules or integrations within the agreed scope.
- Scenario testing, instructions and handover to the team.
Can you keep your current CRM?
Yes, if it supports the required workflow and data exchange. Replacing it needs a reason grounded in requirements and constraints. Platform names, versions and an example of manually transferred data are useful for scoping. You do not need to send credentials with your first enquiry.
