Stock Addressing
A storage zone, racks and bins from a template, a forward area, a basket for what was taken out and not handed over, a returns place. The scanner leads each task in three scans — from → item → where — and the warehouse refuses the mistakes that create phantom stock instead of finding them at the next inventory.
Addresses in one form
Storage zone, racks × shelves × bins, forward area, basket, returns; the count of places before anything is written. 80×50 mm labels.
No phantom stock
A move cannot take from a place more than it holds; a put-away cannot end in “no address”.
Home bins learn themselves
The bin an item is put into becomes its home; the scanner suggests it and asks before another bin of the same zone.
Basket put-away
One press prepares the transfer with every item’s home bin filled in.
Daily routine
Reminders to the responsible people; at night, forward-area negatives settled from the only bin that holds the item, the rest listed to check.
A board and a rack map
One card per warehouse; every rack drawn as it stands, with what each bin holds and where a searched item lies.

Requirements and terms
- Odoo 19.0, Community or Enterprise (scanner screens need Enterprise with Barcode)
- Odoo.sh or your own server; Odoo Online does not allow third-party modules
- The module + 12 months of updates and support. The module and the versions released in that time stay yours for good; updates can be renewed.
- A copy for end use by your organisation: install it in its Odoo databases (production, test, backups) and modify it for your own needs. Redistribution, resale or publication is not permitted (OPL-1).
- Installation: unpack the archive into addons, update the apps list, install.
